Closing Your Account or Taking a Break
In addition to the self-exclusion and time-out tools described above, tptk players may request the permanent closure of their account at any time and for any reason. Permanent account closure is distinct from self-exclusion in that it constitutes a full termination of the account relationship rather than a temporary suspension.
Permanent Account Closure
To permanently close your tptk account, contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Include your registered username. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned
to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or whichever method you used for your most recent deposit) within 3โ5 business days of the closure being processed.
Once a permanent closure request has been processed, your account cannot be reopened. If you wish to use tptk again in the future, you would need to register a new account and complete the full KYC verification process again. Please note that any bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon permanent closure, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Cooling-Off Period (Short-Term Break)
If you are uncertain about whether you want a permanent closure or simply need a short break, a cooling-off period may be the more appropriate option. Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available on request and take effect immediately. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended, marketing communications are paused, and no deposits or wagers can be placed. Your account and balance are preserved, and you may return after the period expires.

Following a permanent account closure, tptk retains certain account records for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping standards. This includes transaction histories, identity verification documents, and account activity logs. Retained data is stored securely, encrypted at rest, and is not used for any marketing purpose.
