1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tptk ("tptk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the tptk website located at https://tptk.club and all associated services, products, software, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the tptk website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus or promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

tptk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Language

The operative language of these Terms and all communications between tptk and the Player is English. tptk's customer support team operates exclusively in English on a 24/7 basis. All dispute resolution, account correspondence, and formal notices will be conducted in English.

1.2 Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires: references to "the Service" include all current and future features, tools, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and account functionality available through tptk; references to "Bangladesh" mean the People's Republic of Bangladesh; references to "BDT" or "৳" mean the Bangladeshi Taka; references to "business hours" mean 09:00–18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), Monday to Friday.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the tptk Service is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the period during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tptk operates as an adults-only platform without exception. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any paid feature of the Service.
• You are accessing the Service as a private individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through tptk's own self-exclusion programme or through any other responsible gambling scheme to which tptk is a participant.
• You have not previously had an account with tptk that was closed by tptk for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other violation of platform rules.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

tptk conducts identity and age verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") as a mandatory step before any player may complete a withdrawal. During the KYC process, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport showing your full legal name and date of birth
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or other government-issued document)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name)

tptk may request additional documentation at any stage at its sole discretion. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe will have deposit and withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the tptk Service, you must create a registered player account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and that you will promptly update that information if it changes at any point during your membership.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and hold exactly one (1) active tptk account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. tptk employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, winnings voided, and deposited funds held pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tptk account login credentials, including your username and password. tptk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, and tptk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where that use resulted from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tptk's support team immediately via live chat to request an emergency account lock.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must register using your own legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document. The mobile number and email address you provide must be active, accessible, and registered in your own name. tptk will use the contact details on file for all account-related communications. Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tptk supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the tptk platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tptk is ৳500. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, however tptk reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring thresholds for compliance purposes. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded. Repeated attempts to deposit using third-party accounts may result in account suspension.

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your tptk account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed in your mobile wallet. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect depending on the originating institution's processing times.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the method used for deposits where technically feasible. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is concluded.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. tptk does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees on the receiving end — these are outside tptk's control and will not be reimbursed.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically dispatched within 4–12 hours of approval for requests submitted during BST business hours. Black Diamond VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing and can expect same-day dispatch for requests made before 17:00 BST. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, wins, bonuses, and transactions on tptk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tptk does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you attempt a deposit from an international payment source, any applicable currency conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate; tptk accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tptk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page or communicated directly to the eligible player. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that offer only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet-per-spin or per-hand restrictions will be stated in the specific offer terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements have been met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tptk employs automated systems to detect irregular wagering patterns that may indicate bonus abuse. Strategies including but not limited to: low-risk or single-outcome wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; wagering on games excluded from bonus play; creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — all constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Black Diamond VIP Programme

The tptk Black Diamond VIP programme offers tiered benefits to qualifying high-value players, including dedicated account management, accelerated withdrawal processing, exclusive table access, and invitation-only tournament participation. Membership in the VIP programme is at tptk's sole discretion and is not guaranteed to any player. tptk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

5.4 tptk's Discretion

tptk reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if tptk determines, in its sole discretion, that the offer has been miscommunicated, is being abused, or that technical or administrative errors have been made in its publication or crediting. Bonuses credited in error will be voided without liability.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the tptk platform, you agree to use the Service in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of wagers and winnings, and permanent closure of your account:

• Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process
• Registering or operating more than one account on the tptk platform
• Using or attempting to use any automated betting software, robot, script, bot, spider, or any other automated means to interact with the Service
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, bug, or glitch in the platform's software or games for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity or in contravention of applicable money-laundering regulations
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own legal name
• Facilitating access to the Service by any individual who is under 18 years of age, currently self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening tptk staff, support agents, or other players
• Attempting to access systems, data, or areas of the platform that are not intended for public access
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security feature of the Service, including but not limited to SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, or fraud detection systems

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by tptk

tptk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if tptk determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, poses an unacceptable risk under tptk's AML compliance obligations, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violation, tptk reserves the right to void all pending and historical wagers placed in breach, forfeit any bonuses credited during the period of the breach, and withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately owned by the player and not tainted by the breach, tptk will make reasonable efforts to return that balance via the player's registered payment method after investigation is complete.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tptk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing an account closure, tptk will confirm your identity, settle any pending wagers, and process any outstanding approved withdrawal. Note that accounts closed voluntarily may be subject to a standard processing period of up to five business days.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life — you may also request self-exclusion, which offers a more structured cooling-off mechanism. See the Responsible Gaming page for details.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. tptk will attempt to contact the player using the contact details on file before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳500 per month against the remaining balance. Once the balance is reduced to zero, the account will be deactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification steps.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tptk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

tptk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tptk account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Service Availability

tptk endeavours to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. The Service may be suspended temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond tptk's reasonable control — including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or government-directed actions. tptk will not be liable for losses arising from unavailability of the Service during such periods.

8.2 Third-Party Content

All casino games available on the tptk platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. tptk does not control the underlying game software and accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within third-party game engines. In the event of a provably material game malfunction, affected wagers may be voided and stakes refunded at tptk's discretion.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tptk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.
